How strange that happened to you. I've been buying there for 7 years — that's the only Subway I go to because it's always clean, and the lady in the morning is super friendly. If I ask for extra onions or spinach, she gives it to me without any problem. We also have to consider the way we, as customers, ask things from the workers. I ask politely, and I receive kindness in return.
Been coming to this store for several years and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. The past year I’ve been placing a lot of orders for pick up and every single one I’ve received has been completed with 100% accuracy and well before the 15 minute mark. The staff at this store, especially Baljit, Komel and Nancy are all very friendly and kind and have provided me great satisfaction every time I visit. The store is also very clean anytime I visit. There’s no other store in the area that does it better!

I stopped by around 10:45am to pick up two fresh subs for lunch. Everything was well prepped and bread was freshly made. The lady making my sub was friendly and provided great service.
I got a good meatball sandwich served by a very nice lady who even offered me a squirt of hand sanitizer (fortunately, I had just washed my hands thoroughly- and their restroom has foamy soap and actual hot water). Good experience all around. And they're good about the social distancing.
Got a sub to go from this Subway location today - there was a steady stream of customers coming in for subs. I tried a sub I've never had before - the 12" Jared Turkey Breast sub on Wheat bread. I deviated a little from the Jared model, however. I added provolone cheese and mayo, as well as mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onions, black olives, jalapenos, banana peppers, and hot pepper relish. Good solid sub!
